It happened since last server restart today (2018-06-02 ~17:00 Msk UTC+3). RVR flag turned on even at Altdorf. Always bolstered. Not getting any experience points for killing mobs in PVE.

Characters with issue:

Vasilius [AM] 10 lvl

Olgisha [BW] 3 lvl

and others...
