So the stance we have is to restore the game and not invent new abilities. The goal is to cherry pick old abilities throughout RoR's change log history. The last thing we want to do is invent new things or mechanics.
Here are some of the changes that have been implemented. I don't know if it should be considered a change since it is really just reverting classes back to where they used to be.
-- Removed pounce cooldown
-- Chop Fasta returned to 20 sec duration
-- discordant instability debuff at original debuff 378
-- Gather your resolve debuff at original debuff 378
-- Watch n learn cooldown reduced to 0
-- gromril plating made into a group buff. (currently not working)
-- reducing WE's range on finishers except "on your knee's"
-- ruthless assault 10ft, Heart Render Toxin 10ft, Sacrificial stab 10ft, Puncture 10ft
-- Witches brew changed to spiritual (needs testing)
-- big brawlin tactic returned big swing's cooldown back to zero.
-- Magus dissolving mist swapped to 9 point
-- Magus indigo fire of change swapped to 13 point
-- SW eye shot moved to core min rank 18
-- SW Barrage moved to 13 point
-- Flanking shot and Shadow Sting swap
Note: This restore's the any spec rkd and the easy access to heal debuff.
-- SM Crushing advance moved to 9 point
-- SM Crashing wave moved to 13 point
-- wrath of hoeth stacks with heaven's blade
-- mountain spirit duration increased to 30 sec's.
-- 1k1 dark blessings duration increased to 30 sec
-- sprout carapace made to core m4 ability. (if we can figure out a way to make sprout carapace a m3 we will do it)
All these changes have existed at one time during the game. Except sprout being baseline m4. Nothing new is being invented.
