RoR changed epic quests procs on weapons for all classes. Here is original DoK procs: Questline: Ebon Flame - Innocence's End - 150 damage over 9 seconds with 46% snare (Stacks with Flay/CoC but not other weapon Procs) - Midnight - Decreases target's armor by 800 for 5 seconds' - Consequence - defensive proc, -800 to armor for 5 seconds, supposedly Questline: Time to Waaagh! - Carnage - 450 damage over 9 seconds - Northern Chill - 150 Damage over 9 seconds with 46% snare (Stacks with Flay/CoC but not with other weapon Procs) - Scourge - Deals 300 damage to target, supposedly Questline: Annihilation - Senbur - Deals 300 damage to the target - Dusk - Decreases target's armor by 800 for 5 seconds - Panic - Steals 80 Strength for 5 seconds genisaurus commented on 9 May 2016 Intentional, the procs on the epic weapons were moved around. github.com/WarEmu/WarBugs/issues/5726Attachments:

No, those screenshots for explaining where is this weapon from. Here i found 2008 post with those weapons procs: As of the 1.05 patch, reportedly the proc rate has been toned down on these weapons - supposedly they have a 5% proc rate now.
