When target killed while you casting range attacking ability on it, then cast is bugged at the end of itself. Damage of casted ability is applied on target, but cast itself is stucked, not allowing to use anything untill relog. I got this bug few times when i wasn't the one who kill target, but cast still stucked at the end of it. It might have something in common with healing cast abilities bug, which freezing at the end of casting for 1 second.
