On live there was no ruin fragments, it is ror changes. On live only gold bags contain armor set pieces, and white-purple bags contain different items. It could be good idea to change it back, so people will have something to farm while you fixing T4 RvR. Also T4 PQs was good place to farm absorb potions, which was really helpful because of different CD from alchemy potions. Looking forward to see those back too.
