Lair of Fleshrender contain mobs that wasn't there on live

Those rifting and AP draining selfgestructing cultists wasn't there on live servers. They were put there by ror as part of one of Beastlord events. After they change required boss those cultists was left there. Sometimes cultists buggs out, came through the sealing of a mountain and rift everybody there.
