Vanguard Xiphos supposed to be available to all dark elves

There is no option to purchaise Vanguard Xiphos of the Fighter or Vanguard Xiphos of the Survivalist by DoK. They are bounded to BG career, but they should be available to all who can wear those types of weapons: DoK and BG. It work same way to other classes, that share same weapon types (Choosen - Maradeur, Shadow Warrior - Sword Master, Choppa - Black Ork, Slayer - Ironbreaker). Scenario weapons have this property, DoK can purchase defend sword, which is originally for BG, but it not have career in requirements, just race Dark Elves. So not only Vanguard, all one-handed weapon for dark elves should not contain career requirement.
