There are some clothes "of Harsh Pacts" that missing talisman socket, mostly it is helmets or shoulders, gloves sometimes. Black Guard's shoulders don't contain it for example. I had no opportunity to look up at all clothes and weapons "of Harsh Pacts", so you gonna have to look it up in base. Those items can be obtainable from purple bags from any chapter 7 PQ.
