Order starter PQ in the Ch.1 in Nordland
How it must work:
Phase 1 Kill 25 marauders. There is marauders on the farm territory, terrifying peasants. Peasants are not fight back.
Phase 2 Protect NPC There is NPC spanws, that players must protect from waves of enemies. There would be 4 waves in total: 5 marauders, then 5 zealots, then 5 maguses, then 5 chosens. There must be delay between waves, to not overwhelm players. NPC has quite big HP pool. He also has several ally NPCs (peasants) from surrounding. If main NPC dies before timer gone - PQ failed.
Phase 3 Kill giant Giant (champion) spawns and oneshot all NPCs from phase 2. Players must kill him in time to complete PQ. Giant coming from nearest trees, that's why one of them becomes broken.
How it working now: Stage 1 - ok, just no peasants around.
Stage 2 - NPC with usual HP pool spawns and several enemies too. But, there is usually also giant from stage 3 of previous PQ attemt left. There can be even 2 or 3 giants at the same time. So our NPC dies in seconds. Just impossible to protect him, cos he dies pretty fast even without giant around.
Stage 3 - even if stage 2 was failed, another giant spawns and PQ meter becomes like it is stage 3 now. Killing that giant would pop PQ success message, but chest wouldn't be spawned.

Thanks for the report - and the detailed write up.
PQ database issue of triggering mob spawning and de-spawning,m i'll send it to the team.
