This affects all tanks on both sides!
Taunt and mass taunt (Challenge) has 3 stacks, that would fade after taunted target got hit on you 3 times. But now it fades after 3 attacks.
Experienced players knows, that there is a difference between Attack and Hit: Hit - a successful direct damage event Attack - attempt to make a hit (if talk about direct damage). Hit always provided by attack, and one attack able to provide several hits - channeling or AOE Also some attacks provides no any hits - attack that results with DOT only (ticks are not hits) OR attack got defended. What is "defended": dodge, disrupt, parry or block.
So, if taunted target got his attack defended - it must not remove taunt stack. And I am absolutely 200% sure, that at Live it was like that.
Here (and at ROR tho) it is not and stack would be removed even if you has successfully defended against attack.
